Ann possesses a vast knowledge in real estate building on this since being licensed in 2003. Her extensive experience in working with many different types of clients from Sellers, Buyers (of all levels of experience), Syndicates, Investors, Developers and a local to international client-base. No doubt she is highly sought after for her expertise in real estate. Her experience covers a wide range of real estate transactions - from presales, resales, assignments, joint ventures, bulk investor buys, commercial sales and leasing, and project sales both pre-and post-completion. Her love of learning, people, architecture, design, marketing, problem-solving and passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals - is unwavering, giving her clients 110% every step of the way. One of her favorite types of clients is the First Time Home Buyer so she is able to teach and guide the client to purchase with confidence and start their life-long real estate investing portfolio.

Ann has helped sell and buy all types of real estate from residential condominiums, townhomes, duplexes, Single Family Homes, mixed-use developments to commercial spaces and leasing. Having specialized in condominiums in Vancouver at the beginning of her career, she quickly became sought after for her ability to work efficiently, tell it like it is philoshophy and all while providing the knowledge and confidence that her clients needed to achieve their goals. This was and still is key in delivering her services in a highly competitive market like Vancouver.
 
Finding a void in the market, she became one of the small handful of realtors with assignment knowledge and experience. She continued developing her skills and branching out to help her clients sell and buy the many different property types pf properties throughout Metro Vancouver and finding new markets for investors looking for that perfect recreational property or high ROI in markets such as: Saskatchewan, Alberta, Whistler, Victoria, the Okanagan and Tofino.
 
She later spent ten years while still active in the resale market, firstly as a Director of Operations then Director of Sales & Marketing - taking on the leadership roles and responsibility of launching, marketing and selling out projects in the Lower Mainland – including two towers in Olympic Village, Vancouver, B.C worth over $200 Million. Her highly competitive and cutting edge strategies achieved record revenues while using minimal expenses. Simultaneously, she developed and prepared the launch of a new 20 acre master-planned community in Tsawwassen and a new gateway residential tower in West Vancouver. After moving to Port Moody with her family in 2021, Ann continues to do what she loves the most - to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams.
